UPGRADE SERVICE, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Adjustments are made to ensure there is a 3mm gap between the upper sash and parting beads
Draught proofing is fitted into parting beads and new staff beads
The mid-rail of the lower sash is routed to the profile of the draft proofing system
Both sashes are re-hung and checked to ensure ease of sliding and correct balance
New staff beads are mitred and fitted by pinning
All bare wood is primed
Fit new furniture and locks as required.
